By using Battleship (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Battleship is a free browser game provided by PureTable. There are no accounts, purchases or advertisements. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, overload the servers, or probe them for vulnerabilities.
- Do not use automated tools to create rooms or send messages at scale.
- Choose nicknames that are not offensive or impersonate others. We may remove rooms or block connections that abuse the Service.
Friend rooms
Room links are shared by you. Anyone who has a link may join if there is space, so share it only with people you want to play with. We are not responsible for what people you invite do or say.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that saved progress will never be lost (for example if you clear your browser data).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero where the law allows.
Intellectual property
The game's code, graphics and text are owned by PureTable or its licensors. "Battleship" is a traditional paper-and-pencil game, and this is an independent implementation not affiliated with any commercial board game publisher.
Changes and contact
